Role Overview
The Engineering Graduate will support the delivery of engineering and operational activities across EnerMech projects, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global oil & gas and industrial services environment. The role is designed to develop technical capability, commercial awareness, and field readiness through structured rotations and on-the-job learning.
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at EnerMech, you won't just be watching from the sidelines. You'll get hands-on exposure to real projects, equipment and operations, working alongside experienced engineers and technicians and building your career from day one.
  • Get hands-on with real engineering - support the maintenance, inspection, testing and preparation of mechanical equipment used on live projects.
  • Solve real-world problems - work alongside experienced engineers and technicians to troubleshoot mechanical challenges and find practical solutions.
  • Experience life in the field - gain exposure to onshore and offshore operations and see how engineering solutions are delivered in real working environments.
