Position Overview
We are seeking Entry Level Talent Acquisition Associates who may be looking to start their career in TA, or someone who is looking to make a career change. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, reveneue generating environment. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while driving revenue through strategic business development and successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing talent
- Generate revenue through contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterlyrevenue targets
- Utilize CRM/ATS systems to track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and ai technology
- Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- 0-2years of experience in staffing, recruiting,sales, retail, or restaurant (server/bartender)environment
- Experience speaking with customers, vendors, etc. either face to face or over the phone
