Bergen Community College is accepting applications for adjunct positions in the division of Health Professions for Fall and Winter 2026. Below are the disciplines we are currently hiring for and the requirements for each.


Division of Health Professions

The Division of Health Professions at Bergen Community College boasts ten fully accredited programs including Dental Hygiene, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Medical Office Assistant, Nursing, Paramedic Science, Radiation Therapy Technology, Radiography, Respiratory Care, and Veterinary Technology. One year Certificate programs include Surgical Technology and Medical Office Administrative Assistant. Our comprehensive programs incorporate extensive clinical training as well as rigorous didactic courses. Graduates of the Health Professions programs are prepared for entry-level positions at hospitals, private offices, freestanding clinics, and research facilities.

Diagnostic Medical Sonography

Rates and Benefits:

  • Adjunct rates range from $922 to $960. The pay rates are $938 a credit for adjuncts who have obtained an Associates, $950 for a Bachelor's and $960 for a Master's.
