The Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving infrastructure issues across user systems, servers, storage platforms, and network connectivity.
  • Performing system administration functions and maintaining security for assigned infrastructure environments.
  • Applying security patches, updates, and operating system upgrades to maintain the security and integrity of the technical environment.
  • Supporting the design, deployment, and implementation of new infrastructure projects.
  • Maintaining complete and accurate configuration documentation for all assigned systems and services.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Currently hold an Active TS/SCI with poly
  • Able to conduct installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunications systems.
  • Able to conduct 24/7 mission and infrastructure monitoring, notification, administrative support, logging, ticketing and reporting for supported systems
  • Coordinates with both ISP and GW GES watch staff for situational awareness and support actions, and with customers and support personnel to provide notification and response to event activity
  • As an IFS Team Member, perform router and switch updates in support of security actions.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
