Overview

Are you interested in an Entry-Level Claims position? We're currently looking for someone who has a passion to provide outstanding administrative, claim and customer support. Do you love learning how things work and being part of a team with shared goals? You may be an excellent fit for this exciting role!

  • Location: This role is fully in office for first year and then to a hybrid schedule

How you'll make an impact
  • Make a difference by communicating effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and make connections.
  • Accurately set reserves, make payments and document file activity by working with clients, claimants, vendors, field personnel and other internal or external resources.
  • Provide fair, equitable and timely claim disposition, consistent with our standards.
  • Use analytical skills to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims.

About You

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 years related experience required
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
  • Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, applicable state laws and accepted industry standards and practices
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software.
