Job description

We are seeking a technically strong and motivated Software Development, Integration & Platform Delivery Engineer to support embedded software development for advanced automotive propulsion and vehicle systems. This role supports software integration, validation, automation, and continuous delivery across MIL, SIL, and HIL environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate embedded software for automotive control systems and platforms
  • Support software builds, integration, debugging, and release activities
  • Execute validation across Model-in-the-Loop (MIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL)
  • Create and maintain simulation models, test cases, and automated scripts
  • Support software release and platform delivery processes
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build automation, packaging, and deployment
  • Improve software development and integration workflows

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in:
    • Computer Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Computer Science
  • 1+ years of experience in embedded software development, validation, or systems integration.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and embedded systems fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with one or more programming languages:
    • C
    • C++
    • Python
    • MATLAB/Simulink
  • Basic knowledge of MIL, SIL, and/or HIL validation concepts.
  • Exposure to version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
