Fire Protection Project Manager
We're looking for a motivated Construction Project Manager to join our Rapid City team. Whether you're an experienced fire protection professional or a construction project manager looking to grow into a specialized industry, we'll provide the support and resources to help you succeed.
The salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 for entry-level candidates. Experienced construction project managers are encouraged to apply. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability
  • Coordinate with customers, general contractors, and field teams
  • Review construction documents and develop sprinkler system designs
  • Perform hydraulic calculations and material takeoffs
  • Lead project planning, manpower forecasting, and field coordination
  • Manage project financials, billing, and change orders
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and code requirements
  • Build strong relationships with customers and project partners

  • NICET certification is a plus, but not required
  • Self-motivated professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects
