Title: Chemical Process Technician

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 18 Months

Job Description:

  • Collect, review, organize, catalogue and summarize information for use in Process Safety/Engineering Design. This includes physical, chemical and reactivity properties, regulatory data, EHS data, and research data. Be able to extract key information to present in high level summaries of the data. Work closely with process engineers, chemists and knowledge management personnel to import information in establishing e-manuals for easy access and use.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Chemistry aptitude
  • EHS and PSM knowledge preferred
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Able to systematically organize and standardize data and complex information in electronic format.
  • Good written and oral communication skills working in small groups.
  • Preferred academic major or field of study and academic level is:
  • Entry level or retired Chemist/Chemical Engineer
