Wire Harness Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wire Harness Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality electrical assemblies in a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble wire harnesses according to technical specifications and blueprints

- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly

- Cut, strip, and crimp wires and connectors with precision

- Inspect completed harnesses for quality, accuracy, and safety standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency

- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues







Requirements:

- Proven experience in wire harness assembly or related electrical manufacturing roles

- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings

- Proficiency with hand tools, crimping tools, and wire cutting equipment

- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

- Basic understanding of electrical safety procedures
