Job description

If you have a technical degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science and already know that your legal career will be in the field of intellectual property law, our client offers an exciting program for students who are interested in attending law school part time and working with the firm full time. As a patent agent/technical advisor, you will be able to work on a wide range of technical aspects on the firms litigation matters as well as proceedings in front of USPTO. The firm expects the candidate to attend law school in an evening program and obtain (or already have) a patent registration number. The firm does not have a billable hour requirement and has a casual and inclusive work environment. The firm covers tuition expenses.
