Scope of Responsibility:

Coordinate and implement standard Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, hazard recognition, and safety inspections to minimize risks and ensure compliance.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage key safety programs (PPE, Respiratory Protection, Hazard Communication, JSA, etc.) with training provided.
  • Review incidents and support corrective action plans.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and training sessions.
  • Develop JSAs and promote safety awareness.
  • Participate in safety meetings and emergency response.
  • Conduct risk assessments and support EHS program development.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Relevant coursework or EHS-related certifications welcome.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Entry-level candidates with strong willingness to learn encouraged.
  • Training and mentorship provided.
  • 1-3 years preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy.
  • Willingness to learn EHS regulations and principles.
  • Strong communication, detail-orientation, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in office and manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform inspections throughout the facility.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to identify hazards and maintain a strong safety mindset.
