Job Description
Unbridled Media is seeking a passionate and skilled Contract Project Manager / Video Producer to help keep client work, internal workflows, and day-to-day operations moving smoothly across multiple active projects at once. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, professional in client-facing communication, and comfortable working in a digital environment.
The right candidate can manage timelines, follow-through, documentation, and moving pieces with consistency while supporting the systems and processes that keep projects on track. This role supports projects from early planning and budget preparation through reconciliation and closeout, helping maintain momentum, accuracy, and visibility across multiple active priorities. The position works closely with leadership, clients, and the broader Unbridled team to support project logistics, budget-related workflows, and operational consistency across the business. This role also plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of on-site production teams in the field. Responsibilities include coordinating with production crews, managing logistics and scheduling needs, and troubleshooting on-site challenges.
Successful candidates will have the following:

  • Professional and confident communication with clients, contractors, and internal team members
  • Comfort learning and working within digital tools, structured systems, and evolving workflows

  • Ability to stay responsive and clear-headed in a fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as project needs require

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting timelines, budgets, logistics, and client-facing projects
  • Background in project coordination, operations, events, production, agency work, or similar environments
  • Familiarity with project management tools, operational systems, and process-driven workflows
  • Experience in corporate events

What you would be doing at Unbridled Media:
Administrative Support:
  • Support budget preparation, updates, SOW variants, and related administrative follow-through across active projects
  • Help prepare proposals, project documentation, and materials as needed
  • Keep project details, files, and internal records organized and current
  • Help ensure projects are prepared for accurate billing, reconciliation, and closeout
Project Logistics & Communication
  • Track timelines, deliverables, action items, and next steps across multiple active projects
  • Support pre-project logistics, internal handoffs, and day-to-day coordination
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, contractors, and internal team members
  • Support occasional content marketing coordination using provided assets and direction
  • Manage logistics, including equipment rental, permits, and travel arrangements.
  • Supervise on-site operations, troubleshoot issues, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Help anticipate needs, surface issues early, and keep projects moving
Systems & Workflow Operations:
  • Work within Unbridled Media's 's SOPs, tools, and workflows across multiple active projects at once
  • Maintain consistency and visibility across overlapping timelines and moving parts
  • Adapt quickly with clarity as systems, tools, and AI-assisted workflows evolve
  • Embody the Unbridled brand and culture, including character, change, credibility, and community

Hourly rate ranges from $40.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on years of experience and type of experience. Please include your desired hourly rate in your application.
