McGuireWoods is seeking a motivated and bright eDiscovery Paralegal to join the Firm's Commercial Litigation practice group in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate should have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.  The role requires a full-time, on-site presence at our Richmond eDiscovery center.

  • Assisting attorneys with large-scale document collection during discovery.
  • Assisting with large-scale document production and review through various platforms, i.e. Relativity.
  • Maintaining, tracking, and reporting on data using Excel, including creation of pivot tables.
  • Managing case files through document management systems.

  • 2-3 years of legal support experience, with eDiscovery experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with document review software, such as Relativity, DISCO, or Reveal, is strongly preferred.
  • Technical proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, particularly regarding document management.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a professional approach to workflow execution.
