Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
  • Take and post payments to the insurance company.
  • Help customers navigate our online resources and tools.
  • Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Help with marketing products.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
