What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

  • Digital Commerce Operations
    • Support daily operation and maintenance of digital commerce platforms and related business processes.
    • Identify, document, and assist in resolving operational issues that impact business performance or customer experience.
    • Support execution of site updates, promotions, content changes, and business initiatives.
  • Business Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze business performance and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business insights that support decision-making.
    • Provide recommendations that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with internal stakeholders and external business partners to support business objectives and project execution.
    • Communicate project status, business needs, risks, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
    • Participate in testing, implementation, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Content & Process Support
    • Support maintenance of product information, digital content, and site presentation.
    • Assist in documenting processes, business requirements, and improvement opportunities.
    • Contribute to projects that enhance digital commerce capabilities and operational effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Ecommerce, Marketing, Information Systems, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, retail planning, digital operations, website management, analytics, or related discipline.
  • Experience troubleshooting ecommerce systems and supporting cross-functional technology initiatives preferred.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, order management systems, product information systems, and digital analytics tools
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational & communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with both internal teams and external vendors to solve business and technical issues.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.
