Job description

Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator

More Than Just a Job — It's Your Next Career Step! If you are looking to build a stable, rewarding profession in orthodontics, we are ready to invest heavily in your training and development! Prior customer service, medical, or dental front office experience is highly preferred, but we are fully willing to train the right high-energy candidate with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care.

At Orthodontic Partners, we believe when our team thrives, our patients thrive! Our goal isn't just professional success—it's helping you find genuine joy and balance both at work and at home.

The First Friendly Face: Greet patients and families with high energy, warmth, and professionalism as they arrive at our practice.

Call & Schedule Management: Handle multi-line phone calls with ease, schedule appointments, and answer patient questions about their orthodontic visits.

Patient Intake & Records: Guide families through registration, verify contact/insurance details in our computer system, and keep daily operations organized.

Multisite Collaboration: Work alongside an amazing group of teammates while rotating between our local Reno-area practice locations.

Experience: 1–3 years of customer service or front office administrative experience preferred (dental or medical office background is a bonus!), but entry-level applicants with great energy are welcome to apply.

Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, multi-line phone handling, and keen attention to detail.

Mindset: An enthusiastic team player who brings positive energy, loves helping people, and is eager to learn and grow in healthcare.

Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a routine pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly adhere to CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety standards.

Hourly Wage: $16.00 per hour flat base rate.

Work/Life Balance: Flexible scheduling designed to help you recharge.

Paid Time Off: Generous PTO accrual that grows with your tenure + 6 Paid Holidays.

Healthcare Package: Comprehensive Medical (choose from 5 plans), Dental, and Vision insurance options.

Financial Protection: Practice-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability policies.

Retirement Planning: 401(k) plan with Company Matching.

Employee Support: Free Team Member Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family.

Extra Perks: Achievement & Service Recognition programs, team discounts on dental/orthodontic services, and cell phone plan discounts.

Career Growth: Hands-on training and advancement opportunities across our expanding practice network!

If you're ready to join a fun, fast-paced, and supportive team where your career gets the TLC it deserves, we want to meet you!
