Key Responsibilities- Operate production equipment and assist with day-to-day manufacturing processes
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Perform basic quality checks during production
- Support machine setups, changeovers, and routine operations
- Identify and report equipment or process issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production flow
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Basic math and reading skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments
- Forklift experience or willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools
Work Environment / Schedule- Hands-on, physical role in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
- Exposure to varying temperatures and industrial conditions
