The Entry Level Procurement Sourcing Coordinator will support the procurement of critical high-voltage equipment for utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects across a growing portfolio of renewable energy projects. Working closely with Engineering, Construction, Development, Legal, and Accounting teams, this role manages procurement transactions, purchase order administration, contract documentation, and compliance activities that help keep major capital projects on schedule.


Responsibilities

  • Administer purchase orders and purchase requisitions for owner-furnished high-voltage equipment using SAP S/4HANA.
  • Recreate and update legacy purchase orders following ERP migration activities while maintaining accurate delivery schedules.
  • Process non-purchase order invoices and support procurement transaction activities.
  • Draft, route, and track contract amendments, change orders, and supplier countersignatures.
  • Maintain payment milestone schedules and support quarterly valuation reporting activities.
  • Track manufacturing schedules for high-voltage equipment and maintain procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate Safe Harbor tax compliance documentation with third-party inspection partners.
  • Support non-disclosure agreement (NDA) administration and document control activities.
  • Administer storage and logistics agreements, including invoice reconciliation and supplier coordination.
  • Support active RFP processes by collecting supplier information, coordinating stakeholder feedback, and assisting with award recommendations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or contract administration.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA purchase order and purchase requisition processes.
  • Experience supporting procurement documentation, contract amendments, and purchase order administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple suppliers, deadlines, and concurrent workstreams.
  • Experience coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Legal, Accounting, or other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and document management systems.
  • Utility, renewable energy, EPC, or industrial equipment procurement experience preferred.
  • Experience with Coupa, ERP migration projects, or high-voltage equipment procurement is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Safe Harbor compliance documentation, OEM contract administration, or renewable energy project procurement is preferred.
