Job description
- Willingness and ability to plan and meet performance and production expectations.
- Perform setups and adjust offsets as needed.
- Operate various machines and mechanical instruments.
- Meet quality standards and print tolerances.
- Should have experience with G Code/ Fanuc. Programming preferred for senior level operators.
- A willingness and ability to plan and meet performance expectations in a multi-tasking and team-oriented environment.

- Good math skills and ability to apply logic and reasoning.
- Good time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years prior CNC or machinist experience required for entry level operator.
- 3-6 year prior CNC or machinist experience required for middle level operator.
- 6+ years prior CNC or machinist experience required for senior level operator.
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
- Must be able to work in environments exposed to seasonal weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times multiple times a day during shift.
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, kneeling, walking, and lifting sometimes in difficult positions for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to push up to 100 pounds on rollers or wheels.
