We are a small, growing team looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Analyst to support our consultants and the smooth running of the business.
Role Description
The Analyst role at Ethylene Strategies International Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in The Woodlands, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and refresh PowerPoint presentations for regular client meetings with the latest charts, data, and analysis
- Maintain an organized library/database of slides and presentation materials and work with existing Excel models to keep these current.
- Prepare presentations and supporting meeting materials for client discussions
- Arrange client meetings and client entertainment events
- Assist with website content and updates
- Provide general office administration support, including purchasing office supplies and coordinating with office service providers
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the firm grows
Qualifications
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, visualization software)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Background or coursework in economics, finance, engineering, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Knowledge of energy, petrochemicals, or commodity markets is highly beneficial; willingness to learn sector-specific dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- High level of integrity, professional judgment, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
