Programming, testing, and implementation of server-side software and systems 

Up-to-date knowledge of latest technologies and ability to troubleshoot difficult problems 

Recommend architecture and design optimizations to improve the scalability of the applications and maximize performance 

Excellent capability in ASP.NET 4.0+ 

Fluency in back-end technologies of MSSQL, IIS, LINQ, C#, and OAuth 

Understanding of the MVC pattern, WCF services, and integration of CMS systems 

Work directly with designers, UX and development teams 

Write clean, maintainable and testable code 

Ability to navigate additional languages is a huge bonus
