The Entry Level Doj Accredited Representative is authorized by the Department of Justice to represent clients in immigration cases, often requiring accreditation and specific training. An Entry Level Paralegal assists attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case management, typically without accreditation. While both roles work in legal environments, the Accredited Representative directly interacts with clients in immigration proceedings, whereas the Paralegal supports attorneys behind the scenes. The main difference lies in the scope of authority and certification requirements, with the Accredited Representative holding specific DOJ accreditation for immigration cases.
