Job description

Do you love people, great cars, and creating memorable experiences? We’re looking for an Automotive Sales & Experience Specialist who brings together the art of hospitality with the excitement of vehicle sales.

This is not your typical car sales role. Our ideal team member is an upbeat, confident, camera-friendly professional who loves sharing great stories—whether through a warm handshake, a quick selfie with a new customer, or a short video highlighting our latest vehicles.

 What You’ll Do
  • Greet every guest with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality—making them feel seen, heard, and valued

  • Guide customers through their buying journey with integrity and transparency

  • Create short product videos and social media content showcasing inventory and customer experiences

  • Take celebratory delivery selfies and share customer success stories

  • Follow up with customers using personalized communication that builds long-term relationships

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging, brand-aligned content

 What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales (automotive experience a plus—but not required)

  • A positive, energetic, camera-ready personality

  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and on video

  • Comfortable using smartphones, social media, and video tools

  • A team-player mindset with a desire to grow in a fast-paced, people-centered environment

  • A self-starter and someone hungry to use all the tools available to them to attract customers, build their brand,  and sell new and used vehicles

 Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Competitive pay + bonuses + career advancement

  • Supportive, family-oriented team culture

  • Ongoing training in sales, social media, and brand storytelling

 How to Apply

Send us your résumé and a quick 30-second video introducing yourself and sharing why you’d be a great fit to jharrill@millsautogroup.com

We can’t wait to meet the next face of our dealership!

WE OFFER:

  • Health, Dental, Medical, Vision
  • 401K
