SUMMARY
New Account Coordinator is an entry-level position, which includes both administrative responsibilities and applicant support. Understands applicant's requirements and communicates accordingly while mmaintaining accurate data in relevant systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enters and maintains data in all relevant systems.
- Coordinates customer inquiries and handles new customer notifications.
- Communicates with applicants in a timely, positive, and professional manner via a variety of written, electronic, and oral methods.
- Learns and uses several software applications with a high degree of proficiency.
- Ability to process all inbound information with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- High degree of expertise in several discrete software applications required.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers in a professional and positive manner.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
- Keeps work area neat, clean and hazard free.
- Must work in other areas, as needed for cross training and/or workload.
- Other related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and/or ABILITIES
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
• Ability to learn and use several other job-specific software applications.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• High school Diploma is required at a minimum, or Associates Degree with emphasis on business or accounting or commensurate experience required. College degree is a plus.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience is also a plus.
