Position Overview

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with ASG Home Care, you will provide hands-on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one-on-one with individuals in both home and community settings while following each person's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

Key Responsibilities as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

  • Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities

  • Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
