Your Mission

We’re looking for an entry-level sales professional to join us as a Direct Mail Reseller. In this role, you’ll work directly with advertising agencies, helping them deliver high-performing direct mail campaigns to their small business clients. You’ll partner with agencies that already serve small businesses, positioning direct mail as a powerful and profitable solution they can resell. This is a great opportunity to start your sales career with strong growth potential.

Schedule
  • Full-time, in-office position
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Compensation
  • $19.23 per hour ($40K per year) + bonuses
  • Paid training
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Making sales calls to a database of warm leads (no cold calling)
  • Consulting with agencies to understand their clients’ goals
  • Quoting, presenting, and selling direct mail campaigns that agencies resell
  • Acting as a trusted partner to help agencies win and retain clients


Requirements
  • Some experience in selling over the phone is required
  • Outgoing, a natural extrovert, and able to have a conversation with anyone
  • Comfortable with technology and using software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively without stress
  • Persistent and able to overcome obstacles
  • Excellent team player willing to help others as needed
  • Sales-minded with a strong motivation to earn
