  • Monitor quality throughout the print process and make adjustments as needed
  • Troubleshoot press issues, including working directly with HP remote and on-site support
  • Maximize uptime and efficiency while meeting production schedules and quality standards
  • Track production, quality, and material usage accurately
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to address issues and meet deadlines

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage priorities and perform well in a fast-paced production setting
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work safely around moving equipment in a moderately loud production environment
  • Visual acuity to distinguish color, detail, and print quality

Why You’ll Love Working at Cursive

  • Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, and 401k)
  • Modern, state-of-the-art equipment and facility
  • Real career growth in a fast-growing company
