Job description

About Us
Dude Perfect isn't just a YouTube channel, we're a global sports and entertainment powerhouse. We operate at the absolute peak of digital engagement, with follower growth and view counts that consistently outpace the most iconic sports franchises on earth. From legendary trick shots to massive live tours, we're in the business of delivering unforgettable moments to a trusted community of over 100 million followers worldwide. We don't just follow the cultural conversation; we drive it. We're currently building a world class social media team to redefine what an iconic digital presence looks like.
We're looking for the absolute best storytellers in the game: digital natives who are obsessed with creator culture, live for the rush of a viral hook, and have the creative guts to help us build the next era of Dude Perfect across every platform.
If you want to cook the most engaging content with the coolest people for one of the biggest sports and lifestyle brands on the planet... all out of one of the greatest HQs in the world, you're in the right place. LET'S GO!
Position Overview
Dude Perfect is looking for a Social Content Producer to be the hands-on engine of our vertical content factory. This is an entry-level, high-impact role for a hungry creator/creative who lives behind a lens and inside an edit suite. You are the one capturing the energy at HQ, ideating & shooting evergreen social concepts for the main channel, and providing dedicated production support for our Dude Perfect Outdoors & Interns channels.
We need a Producer/Editor who has the technical skills to operate DSLR cameras and the creative eye to turn raw footage into trend-setting vertical content. You understand exactly what makes Gen-Z and Millennial audiences stop scrolling. If you are a self-starter who wants to shoot, edit, and ship content that will be seen by millions of people every week, this is your shot.
Who You Are
  • You don't wait for a 10-page brief. You grab a camera, find a social-first concept, and start shooting.
  • You understand the language of TikTok and Reels - the hooks, the pacing, and the visual style that feels authentic, not over-produced.
  • You're comfortable balancing a DSLR for a high-quality shoot one minute and ripping through a CapCut edit on your phone the next.
  • You have impeccable taste. You know what looks good, what feels cringe, and what is going to spark a conversation and drive shares on the platform.
  • You're ready to jump in, help the team, and do whatever it takes to get the shot, whether it's at HQ or out on a hunt with the Outdoors team.
What You'll Do
  • Act as the primary shooter for evergreen social content (both on iPhone & DSLR), capturing everything from viral social trends, memes, and/or BTS moments with the Dudes & other talent.
  • Lead the end-to-end editing process for evergreen short-form content (TikTok, Shorts, Reels) using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
  • Partner with the DP Outdoors & DP Interns team to capture and produce social-first content that brings humor-first & engaging content to life for a vertical social audience.
  • Work with the Social Manager to quickly turn around content based on trending audios, memes, and cultural moments.
  • Organize and manage raw footage and assets, ensuring the social team has an organized library of all the iPhone & DSLR footage that we're shooting.
  • Work with social leadership to make sure every piece of content meets the Dude Perfect "Best-in-Class" visual standard before it goes live.
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience (including high-level internships or personal brand building) creating vertical-first video content.
  • Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and mobile cinematography. You know how to dial in settings to get a clean, professional look in any environment.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut. You should be able to demonstrate a portfolio of work with sharp pacing and creative storytelling.
  • A deep understanding of Gen-Z and Millennial digital culture. You know what's trending and why.
  • A no task too small attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure creative environment.
Bonus Qualifications
  • A great eye for still photography and capturing "thumbnail-ready" moments.
  • A deep, personal passion for the Dude Perfect brand and the outdoors.
  • Experience working directly with talent or high-profile creators.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for basic graphic design or photo retouching.
  • Practical knowledge of audio recording and lighting for field shoots.
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools like Monday, Frame.io, Slack, or Google Workspace.

Location: This position is located onsite at the all-new Dude Perfect HQ3 offices in Frisco, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex)
