Create, update, and close work orders within the work order management system, ensuring accurate notes and proper documentation.

Dispatch service requests and alarms to appropriate RCC resources, site teams, or vendors as directed.

Monitor system dashboards, device connectivity, and basic performance indicators, escalating abnormalities as required.

Maintain accurate logs and records of actions taken, observations, and escalations.

Shadow Associate and RCC Operating Technologists during alarm investigations, trend reviews, and remote operations activities for learning purposes.

Develop a foundational understanding of HVAC systems, building comfort concepts, and asset hierarchies.

Attend internal training sessions, SOP reviews, and vendor-led platform demonstrations, as assigned.

Documentation & Compliance

Follow established RCC processes, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Ensure all work completed is accurately documented within RCC tracking tools and systems.

Identify recurring alarms or issues and escalate to senior RCC staff for further investigation.

Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with technical systems and dashboards.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow documented procedures.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to learn BAS, HVAC concepts, and RCC operations.
