Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Rep to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting the purchasing and planning departments by handling customer communications, managing documents, tracking work orders, and running related reports. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong Excel skills, and be adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure on-time delivery of materials and supplies
Follow up on work orders and shortages daily
Maintain digital and physical filing systems, including backlog documentation
Allocate and update work order information
Perform general administrative support tasks for the sales department
Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in clerical, or administrative support roles a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to learn and format data
Strong organizational and time management skills
