Job Title: Entry-Level Technicians
Location: Bridgeville, PA
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $42,000.00
Work Model: Onsite - onsite
Responsibilities
  • Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to project specifications, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Install components such as relays, switches, circuit breakers, and other devices into control panels.
  • Inspect wiring and components for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during panel assembly.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to confirm control panels meet design specifications and project requirements.
  • Mentor less experienced technicians through hands-on support and best-practice guidance to build skills and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Maintain accurate records of wiring configurations, components used, and assembly modifications.
  • Adhere to all electrical safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.

Requirements
  • ENTRY-LEVEL
  • Education, Technical Certification on electrical systems or control panel wiring
  • Trained on reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Solid understanding of electrical components, wiring techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing instruments.
  • Familiarity with PLCs and HMIs preferred.
