You will partner closely with multi-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to support product development and ensure robust, efficient, and manufacturable solutions.### **Key Responsibilities*** Design, layout, and optimize memory, logic, and analog circuits for HBM products* Perform parasitic modeling, validation, reticle experiments, and support tape-out revisions* Complete layout processes including floor planning, placement, and routing* Conduct circuit verification using industry-standard modeling and simulation tools* Collaborate with multi-functional teams (design, verification, process, product engineering) to ensure manufacturability and product success* Use AI supported design and simulation tools to enhance circuit modeling accuracy, improve design efficiency, and accelerate development cycles### **Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)* Experience using Generative AI for productivity* Experience designing and analyzing digital, analog, or mixed-signal circuits* Proficiency in parasitic modeling, verification, and simulation using industry-standard EDA tools* Experience with layout processes (floor planning, placement, routing) and ability to interpret product requirements and specifications### **Preferred Qualifications*** Experience collaborating across build, verification, product engineering, test, assembly, probe, or process integration teams* Hands-on experience with reticle experiments or tape-out revision cycles* Experience working with CAD, modeling, and standards teams to improve design methodologies* Experience supporting semiconductor build activities, including circuit checking, device evaluation, and user documentationAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
