Documentation Generation - 40%

• Assists the Director of BD, Service with proposal generation and SOWs that accurately reflect and price out requested work
• Creates test procedures to confirm design and installation of work.
• Verifies that all equipment and material used meets G-CON and industry standards.
• Creates punch lists to track items requiring completion.
• Assists the Director of BD, Service with Service policy generation and procedures to facilitate continuous improvement
• Implements projects to improve Service delivery, quality, and profitability

Service Execution - 35%

• Travels to job sites, interacts with customer
• Communicates work progress to both internal team as well as external stakeholdersManages and coordinates required staff and subcontractors
• Manages budget for work
• Executes final testing documentation as needed
• Follows Good Documentation Practices
• Documents any discrepancies/deviations that occur during testing.
• Performs on-site training of customer personnel so that each customer can maintain the PODs.

Recordkeeping and Documentation - 25%

• Maintains documentation for work performed
• Maintains schedule for travel and work
• Enters data on costs into ERP system and CRM to accurately reflect true contribution margin

Marginal Job Functions:

• Generates Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Forms
• Performs Root Cause Analysis of issues and works with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate the correction of issues.
• Communicates issues and failures with G-CON Quality department

Position Specifications

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience: Engineering, or practical field construction background

Preferred Experience working and knowledge pertaining to Pharmaceutical Cleanrooms

Preferred Knowledge of HVAC systems covering design, common control strategies, installation, operations, and maintenance

Intermediate Skill in estimating and generating proposals

Advanced Skill in basic computer functions such as word processors, spreadsheets, and internet usage
