What to Expect

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our team. Located in our Salem, NH plant, you will be a Process Engineer.

A Process Engineer is responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification. 

Keys Responsibilities (to name a few)
  • Optimize existing machine throughput.
  • Support and design set-up parameters.
  • Troubleshoot and solve process problems.
  • Successfully introduce and support the use of new products into production.
  • Support and facilitate facility and manufacturing safety, environmental and ergonomics efforts.
  • Assist and design changes to the product or process to increase productivity and improve product quality.
  • Create standard work instructions.
  • Provide technical leadership with hands on approach to manufacturing process.
  • Facilitate implementation, integration and acceptance of process controls.
  • Design new products/processes and next generation equipment
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Teams
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • None
  • Assigns tasks to and coordinates work with entry-level engineers, technicians, or administrative staff.
  • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
Requirements and Preferred Skills
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or strongly related field and 3 years relevant experience
  • Sig Sigma Green or Black Belt strongly desired
  • 8 years of experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
