Job Description

Our client is a top national medical aesthetics company specializing in highly-regarded, non-surgical aesthetic treatments and capital medical equipment. Our products treat a wide range of aesthetic issues, including non-surgical acne scar removal, cellulite reduction, and body contouring. With solid brand recognition among physicians, we are expanding nationwide and pride ourselves on providing elite training to transition top B2B professionals into a lucrative medical sales career.

We are seeking an ambitious, highly-motivated outside B2B sales professional to step into the role of Territory Manager. In this role, you will receive full training to represent our premier line of aesthetic treatments and aesthetic laser equipment. You will manage face-to-face physician interactions and establish strong partnerships with practices within your territory.

  • Territory Management: Call on dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spas by appointment in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding region.
  • B2B Strategy Execution: Pitch and sell capital medical equipment for established, in-demand non-surgical treatments.
  • Relationship Building: Establish solid brand presence and product trust with medical specialists and practitioners.
  • Career Growth: Position yourself on a fast track for potential advancement, as internal opportunities to transition quickly into Sales Management are very good.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 2+ to 5 years of successful experience in outside B2B sales with a major company (e.g., telecommunications, computers, payroll, office furniture, uniforms, industrial supplies, etc.).
  • Alternative Backgrounds: Current aesthetic/laser sales representatives or dental sales representatives with capital equipment experience will also be considered.
  • Track Record: Candidates must provide documented sales numbers or quota percentages achieved directly on their resume.
  • Stability: Strong preference for employment-stable candidates with no more than 3 jobs since college graduation.
  • Exclusions: Candidates currently employed as traditional medical device or pharmaceutical sales representatives will not be considered for this specific development role.
  • Location: Must live in the Charlotte, NC area or within standard commuting distance.
