Treatment Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Position Overview
The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey from understanding their care plan to confidently moving forward with treatment. This role combines patient communication, financial coordination, and administrative support, while working closely with providers and the front desk team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
  • Review financial options, payment plans, and insurance coverage with patients
  • Support case acceptance by building trust and answering questions
  • Coordinate scheduling for treatment and follow-up appointments
  • Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed (phones, check-in/out, scheduling)
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Follow office protocols and scheduling guidelines
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and skill level:
  • $14$17/hour entry-level or developing candidates
  • $17$20/hour experienced candidates who demonstrate:
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish, including strong written communication)
  • Strong customer service and patient communication skills
  • Dental and/or orthodontic knowledge
  • Advanced proficiency in Dentrix
