The Work
Lockheed Martin's Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Software engineer.
In this role, you will contribute to the systems and software design of complex combat management capability threads as part of the Future Combat Systems team. You will learn to use a model-based systems engineering approach supporting requirements, performance, and functional allocation of software components. You will also be working on the design, development, and test of containerized software applications in a microservice based architecture. The software engineer will help to test the software in a Kubernetes environment.
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge in developing software using Java, C++, and/or Python.
