Job Summary

The Plumber’s Helper assists licensed plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This entry-level role involves hands-on support, learning trade skills, and ensuring job sites are safe and organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems
  • Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
  • Cut, measure, and assemble pipes and fittings
  • Clean and prepare work areas before and after jobs
  • Follow instructions from licensed plumbers and supervisors
  • Help troubleshoot basic plumbing issues
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices
