Entry-Level Restoration Technician Start Your Career with Us!

Are you ready to learn new skills, work with your hands, and help people recover after disasters like floods or fires? Were hiring Entry-Level Restoration Technicians to join our team. No experience neededwe provide paid training and clear paths for growth.
What Youll Do:
  • Assist with water, fire, smoke, and mold cleanup in homes and businesses
  • Perform demolition, debris removal, and deep cleaning
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.)
  • Pack out, clean, and help organize customer belongings
  • Report issues or concerns to the Lead Tech or Crew Chief
  • Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear when needed
What Were Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Punctual, dependable, and professional
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift and carry up to 70 lbs regularly
  • Stand, squat, crawl, and move in tight spaces
  • Work in a variety of environments (damaged homes, hot/cold temps)
  • Must be able to wear a respirator when required (tight face seal needed)
