Your Mission:
Provides entry-level support in the analysis and evaluation of Quality records and systems. May assist in record inventories, filing, ERP data entry, tracking, and supporting audit activities. Under supervision, assists in maintaining NAVSEA weld records to ensure accuracy and readiness for customer submission.
Explore the Depth of the Role:
  • Audits records for completion, accuracy, signatures, and dates
  • Tracks missing records
  • Assists in managing record traceability (started, WIP, completed, reviewed, finalized)
  • Performs electronic scanning and filing of Raw Material Certifications, Production Reports, and Machine Center Heat Logs
  • Collects and maintains Dimensional Inspection Reports
  • Enters received raw material and supply quantities into ERP system
  • Enters Quality Data into Inspection Results Database
  • Runs Purchase Order receiving reports from ERP system
  • Assists in preparation of records packages for customers
  • Assists in compiling project-specific Objective Quality Evidence
  • Tracks and reports project record status for multiple in-process projects
  • Assists in collection and organization of NAVSEA weld records for accuracy
  • Provides support for internal audits
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Mission Readiness:
  • Requires a High School diploma or GED; 0-2 years related experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Quality experience preferred
  • Familiar with ISO9001 Quality System preferred
  • Auditing experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience with Microsoft Office
  • IFS/ERP experience preferred
