About the Role:
In this position you will:
  • Answer a multi-line phone system
  • Maintain and update the company database and calendars
  • Act as the office liaison connecting departments, vendors and staff members
  • General office tasks including, but not limited to: filing, making job packets, reminder phone calls, distributing mail, welcoming incoming customers and visitors, office supply inventory and cleaning the front area
