Location: Greenwood Village, Denver, CO

Work Schedule (Hybrid):

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: Onsite at the client location in Greenwood Village, CO

Monday, Friday: Remote

Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Business Systems Analyst / Web Developer to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of formal Business Analysis experience combined with recent hands-on Web Development expertise (or vice versa).

In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design workflows, while also playing an active role in building, customizing, and supporting web applications and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis & Process Design: Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, process documentation, and workflow design. Lead testing, quality assurance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Web Development & Customization: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Database & Environment Management: Manage database structures using SQL and MySQL within IIS, Apache, and Linux hosting environments.

  • DevOps & Source Control: Utilize Git for source control and manage CI/CD processes through Azure DevOps pipelines.

  • Application Support: Provide robust application support, troubleshooting, and production support to end-users.

  • Enterprise Collaboration: Leverage or expand upon experience with Salesforce and other enterprise-level applications (preferred).

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven professional experience acting as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Web Developer (combination/transition backgrounds strongly preferred).

  • Strong technical proficiency in WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and MySQL.

  • Familiarity with Linux environments, Apache/IIS servers, Git, and Azure DevOps.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Important Note: This role requires working onsite in Greenwood Village, CO 3 days per week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates must confirm their ability to meet this hybrid schedule before application submission.
