We are based in Orange County, CA. We are a small and dynamic team looking to add a new team member.ย 

We have an opening forย an Office Assistant.

You like cologne/perfume/aromatherapy and personal care products.You areย curious to know how a business operates. You are a problem solver with and business entrepreneurial mindset.ย You are organized. You will help keep things running so that we can produceย the best products and serviceย for our customers.ย  One day you may be planning a last minute event to host executive clients, assisting a customer in the showroom, working withย influencers,ย shipping orders or cleaning.ย Writing skills are very important. Attention to detail is even more important.

This is entry level.
$17-19 per hour.ย 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • ย  ย  ย Providing excellent service to customers
  • ย  ย  ย Monitor inventory of products, packaging and office supplies using Excel
  • ย  ย  ย Pick, pack, and ship online retail orders
  • ย  ย  ย Pack and ship wholesale orders
  • ย  ย  ย Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • ย  ย  ย Regularly clean, organize, and maintain office and warehouse
  • ย  ย  ย Assist with perfumery projects
  • ย  ย  ย Create marketing materials and company literatureย 
  • ย  ย  ย Send product pitches to relevant media outlets, influencers, and blogs
  • ย  ย  ย Contribute ideas to social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • ย  ย  ย Perform entry-level data entry and web tasks
  • ย  ย  ย Product research and materials sourcing
  • ย  ย  ย Assist in planning/managing/attendingย  company events/trade shows (3-4 per year)
