We are looking for a motivated, energetic Outside Sales teammates to join our events marketing team. Outside Sales teams will promote our services at local events as well as home shows and will canvass neighborhoods in our territory as a unified team of representatives. They work together and support one another as they strive to meet both shared and individual goals and set qualified appointments for our In-home Sales Consultants.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working indoors/outdoors, and representing a growing brand in local communities and at local events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Qualified Roofing Inspection Appointments
  • Initiate friendly conversations with community members and provide detailed information and or suggestions.
  • Track interactions, gather leads, and report activity using mobile devices
  • Provide accurate, honest representation of the brand with a focus on professionalism
  • Attend team briefings and regularly update the team on outreach performance
  • Attend Home Show and other Events in the local area
  • Follow company guidelines regarding privacy, data collection, and customer interaction

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in field and in event environments
  • Basic technology experience; mobile devices, tablets, industry specific software
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Prior experience in events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions is a plus, but not required
