Data Entry Specialist
LaSalle Network is hiring for a Data Entry Specialist with a manufacturing industry-leading company known for improving compliance through record organization and digitization. This exciting contract opportunity is based in Atlanta, GA, on-site, supporting critical documentation projects. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting HR file organization and process documentation efforts, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and seamless electronic filing. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals seeking a short-term project with meaningful impact in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
  • Organize employee personnel files, including separating documents for retention versus shredding.
  • Scan paper documents into electronic files and upload them into SharePoint or shared drives.
  • Create employee folders by name containing all required documentation.
  • Categorize and organize process documentation, validation of paperwork, and batch records.
  • Prepare physical and electronic documents for shredding according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
  • Support project efforts to improve compliance through proper record management and organization.
Qualifications
  • Administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with SharePoint and advanced Excel.
