These roles typically involve supporting the development, maintenance, and optimization of data warehouses, which are centralized repositories that store data from various sources. Responsibilities may include data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), basic database management, and assisting with data quality checks. Entry level professionals often work under the supervision of experienced data engineers or analysts and gain experience with tools like SQL, ETL software, and data visualization tools.
