Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Regional Analytics Lead to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Regional Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making, operational excellence, and revenue growth. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66,800 - $84,100 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. What will you do?
  • Conduct ongoing, in-depth analysis to uncover actionable insights from transactional sales data sourced from point-of-sale systems and other operational platforms
  • Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting tools in Tableau to support internal and external performance reporting and KPI tracking
  • Partner with clients and operators to understand core business needs and help develop strategic action plans tailored to market opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with clients’ analytics and business intelligence teams, serving as an extension of their organizations to support strategic decision-making, align reporting and analytics priorities, and drive data-informed business outcomes across assigned venues and markets
  • Utilize business intelligence, research, and industry trends to support brand growth and identify opportunities to expand market impact
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards that communicate fact-based findings, strategic recommendations, and next steps from analytics initiatives
  • Support data architecture and warehousing efforts while gathering feedback from site teams and clients to maximize data usability and value
  • Assist in the development and rollout of value-added programs, platforms, initiatives, and processes that strengthen client relationships
More about you
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or a related field required; master's degree preferred   
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a related function within a high-volume, fast-paced environment; hospitality or sports industry experience preferred   
  • Strong proficiency in analytics and predictive modeling tools such as Advanced Excel, R, or similar platforms   
  • Experience with data warehousing and querying tools such as SQL; prior experience working with point-of-sale systems preferred   
  • Proficiency in data visualization platforms, with Tableau strongly preferred   
  • Demonstrated ability to connect analytics and insights to broader business objectives, including marketing strategy, revenue optimization, and industry trends   
  • Experience supporting sales strategy, business planning, and long-term growth initiatives
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
