JOB SUMMARY:

The Data Analyst is responsible for developing reports, data visualizations, and analyses to support business operations. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data outputs in accordance with established data quality standards.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • None

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Extract, clean, and compile data from various internal and external sources.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Build and automate dashboards using Tableau and Tableau Prep to support business units.
  • Analyze data trends and patterns to support business initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and deliver insights.
  • Document processes, data sources, and business logic to promote transparency and repeatability.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Present findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)

  • High School Degree / GED, Associate Degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Experience with Tableau and Tableau Prep for data preparation and visualization.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases is a plus.
  • Understanding of fundamental analytical and problem-solving concepts.
  • Operate within the corporate policy guidelines and business practices.
  • Results oriented and demonstrated strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts.
  • Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver.
  • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by Team Members to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours or work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required.
