Job description

This role is responsible for processing revenue transactions for Caesars Entertainment.  Responsibilities include completing daily audit deliverables, data entry, and entry-level data analysis.  In addition, performing quality review checks, attribute testing on controlled documents, and scanning documents into a database for long-term storage and retention.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
  • One to two years of file clerk or related experience.
  • High School diploma preferred

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues

  • Must have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment

  • Must be able to maneuver around office and property

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

  • Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk/counter when performing functions of the job

  • Office environment may include variable temperature and lighting levels

Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

  • Demonstrate job ownership for all completed items
  • Effectively handle routine tasks, while responding appropriately to additional requests and special projects as they are assigned
  • Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with audit teams, operations, property management, patrons, and both internal and external auditors
  • Maintain document retention
  • Sort and distribute Receiving documents, invoices, purchasing documents, etc.
  • Upload documents as required.
  • Performs the daily progressive reading for Slots and Table Games.
  • Picks up daily Cage paperwork and Soft Count tickets.
  • Move empty and or full boxes when needed.
  • Open and distribute mail and other items for the Accounting Dept.
  • Scans all gaming, cage, drop and receiving documents and any other documents upon request.
  • Completes all items as prescribed in the daily checklists including Jackpot, W2g reconciliations and signature testing.
  • Prints and distributes On-demand checks.
  • Participates in monthly Food and Beverage physical inventory process as needed.
  • Adheres to departmental, company, regulatory, and internal control policies.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
