Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated Parts Data Processor to help provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual to support the parts personnel in selling GM parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to reconcile accounts receivable.
  • Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
  • Fax or email credits to customers.
  • Process credit applications.
  • Update and manage spreadsheets. 
  • Mail flyers and other items to customers.
  • File manufacturer reimbursement claims.
  • Process freight invoices for payment.
  • Keep current on new products and product updates.
  • Participate in all training programs that are made available.
  • Communicate with freight companies to find lost shipments and schedule return shipments.

Qualifications:

  • An Associates Degree is required or at least 1 year of equivalent job experience.  
  • Qualified applicants will have a professional appearance, high energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
  • Must read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing. 

This is an entry-level position at an entry-level pay rate of $15.00 per hour. However, we do offer wage increases that are given based on merit after the probationary period.
