We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Staff Accountant to join our corporate Accounting and Finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, track company assets, and liabilities.
  • Perform general cost accounting and internal audits of large volumes of data to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing general ledger data.
  • Prepare year-end work papers for external tax accountants.
  • Maintain ethical standards and strict confidentiality regarding company data.
  • Collaborate professionally with vendors, coworkers, and department leadership.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of GAAP and general cost accounting principles.
  • Skills: High level of organization and extreme attention to detail.
  • Tech: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
